Sometimes the simple ideas are the best. And the most fun.
(It’s Monday. We’ll keep it easy.)

Today’s Flash Fiction Challenge: put the title of your latest book or current work in progress (short stories count, Jenny) into this anagram maker and see what it comes up with.
Post both in the comments section.

Shed Sheet Event.

That is awful. Awful funny! It’s a passionate romance – the shed sheet event, as in shed the sheets and get into bed!
I don’t know, it sounded funny to me a moment ago.

It has RomCom potential.

What about Sheet Shed Event, a mystery involving the hotel outbuilding that cleans the bedding? The maids discover a lot of blood on the linens from room 415…

Oh, The Glad Ten, like The Dirty Dozen. That’s not… well, it’s not awful. Okay, yes it is.

Wow, hard to pick a favorite! But I’m going with: “Crane Woman Roll.”

That’s awesome. I’m enjoying this WAY too much. Maybe I didn’t get enough sleep.

I was thinking the same thing when I noticed how long it was taking me to pick one. Hm, maybe a little more coffee…

Yes. More caffeine will fix everything.

So far, I’ve got two titles I’m considering. They scramble to “A Deserved Nettle Romp” and “Alias Ice Legends.” Hmmm…

I have to say, BOTH of those sound intriguing. And you can switch them around, so it can be Ice Legends Alias, a story about CIA spies masquerading as famous figure skater Tonia Harding…
And a romp in through the nettles at this time of year is always so pleasant. Wait, I better go check what nettles are…
* Googles nettles, hold breath *
Plants. Okay. Trying to keep it rated G here, people.

Let me clarify: They’re also known as STINGING nettles. Now THAT’S way more interesting (esp. since they’re “deserved”!)

🙂 Ask Jet Hog sounds like an agony column with a redneck superhero.
Whereas ‘Jake’s Ghost’ is the story of a dead stand up comedian whose estranged daughter is seeking the truth about him from the women that loved him (it’s no laughing matter…)

Your anagram maker link didn’t like me much! Came up with ~8000 choices the first cut all starting Be ….. this that and the other. So, I tried another anagram maker and it gave just one example trying to get me to sigh up to view others … but what a gem that one is:
Thieve Benign Ugliness
I could write to this…my life story!
