After much howling and gnashing of teeth, we derived two covers for you to choose from.
By virtue of their numbers, 11 and 12, you can correctly surmise that there were more than a dozen renditions of this.
There are very subtle differences between the two.
Very.
Subtle.
- Higher clouds.
- Lower clouds.
- Blue clouds?
Can we see the eyes more???
(no)
BUT!
In the end, these were the best, so which is the best of the best?
For those of you who are excited, you may express your enthusiasm by sharing the info about this cover with all your friends and see what they think as they help us choose THE absolute best one.
If you can’t choose, then use 11 (because I like it best) and SHARE it with all your friends to help us generate some buzz. This amazing anthology is coming out very soon!
Here’s 11, solo.
Because I like it best.
Before you said you liked 11 best, I would have gone with 12. It somehow seems a bit clearer and sharper to me.

12 is okay to vote for, too!

I can’t tell the difference so 11, it is!
I like the orb in his hands because it has that smoky skull appearing. The second orb in the midground is a little distracting from the front orb and the moon-ish planet, space thing in the sky. Which is also cool looking. I’d ditch the middle orb.

In the original picture, there were three orbs and I liked that – but they can’t all fit on a book cover front

Fantastic. Don’t have a fav, sorry, but they’re both good choices. Nicely done!
