It’s been a long wait.

You found out November 1st that we’d have one last Word Weaver Writing Contest in 2017.

You had a month to write a story or dig up something and knock the dust off it.

Then you submitted your story.

And you waited.

In December you got your critique. Some of you were very happy; some, a little less so.

But no one knew who won.

No one even knew who the finalists were.

Until now.

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you

in random order

WHO WILL IT BE?

We had so many good stories this time, it was very difficult to choose even the top 5, so I added some honorable mentions and it still wasn’t enough! On a different day, in a different contest, other stories would be finalists, but today THESE are the ones I liked best.

Tomorrow I will announce all the Honorable Mentions and why they received this special recognition.

That will leave 5 finalists competing for the top spot.

Only ONE can win.

WHO WILL IT BE???

  1. Wow. You were right. (I know you like those words.) Seeing the list in print has added to the suspense and made it more fun for me.
Thanks for the opportunity to do something fun.
