I will simply add the media mail cost (about $2.60) and the price of a padded envelope (about a dollar) onto the Amazon paperback price (sorry – I don’t sign eBooks) and ship it on over to you!

US residents only unless you wanna pay a HUGE additional fee for mailing to other countries – but I’m not saying no!

Step 3:

send your money to me using PayPal. (I’ll send you the email address to use for payment when you request your books; you’ll reply with your mailing address at that time. And the money.)
