Well my builder just sliced his thumb full length to beyond the forefinger apex… took more than 5 minutes to clear and patch that up! He won’t stop, tough Lithuanian, an Englishman would be down the hospital, endless wait to be seen, and drinking tea. My neighbours are building too so stereo hammering and drills. My day is halfway through!

great post…and SO true! Yes, I can get a lot of mileage out of a “bad five minutes.” I’ve had some that managed to linger or recur for decades!
