Beware of Blogger’s Butt!

How can I NOT re-blog something called “Beware of Blogger’s Butt”?

Well, I couldn’t. And although it’s a serous topic, I knew it was perfect for your Tuesdaymorning. You’re welcome. The title alone is a smile, isn’t it? Hey, you get writing tips here and this is a good one – gotta stay healthy or the writing will be short lived.

Anyway, I’ll be going on a FIELD TRIP with the new Kindergarteners today. Wish me luck, and enjoy Kelly’s blog.

      1. Thank you! Was written such a long time ago when I was only a month into blogging! But I quickly became aware of the side effects of such a sedentary activity, more so involving arterial health, than my posterior… and wished to pass that little factoid along. Thanks again for posting it – I appreciate the encouragement from an accomplished writer like yourself! 🙂

    1. It’s funny; we know these things but it tales on a different reality when an actual nurse tells you something. Hey, you’re sitting too much! Go get some exercise! (I hate to think about what shape I’d be in if I didn’t run every day.)

Do what you can, it all helps!
