Have a listen and pick the best one.

Audition 7, Hannibal Hills

“Greetings! Thank you for taking time to listen to my audition. If you would like me to try any other selections, or I can help in any way, don’t hesitate to let me know. Hoping this finds you having a wonderful week. Yours respectfully, Hannibal Hills”

Audition 6, David Bosco

David Bosco did the narration on my book An Angel On Her Shoulder.

Audition 5, Joe Messina

“Hi Dan, Here’s my take on an a portion of your script (I left out some of the middle). Best, Joe”

Audition 4, Commodore James

“Here is a sample of an anthology I produced.”

Audition 3, Kasi Hollowell

“Hi! I had a blast reading this short story. About the performance, I am always open to notes or critique. Normally, I would have gone a hair deeper in tone for a male narrated story but I also wanted to give you a feel for my default tone. Thanks again for reaching out! -Kasi”

Audition 2, Robin Sitten

“Hello Dan and Team. I am attaching an audition file, as requested. Your notes mention you are looking for both male and female voices. This would be my first dual-narrator project, and I am game for it. Looking forward to hearing from you, and hope you enjoy your search! Robin Sitten”

Audition 1, Fred Wolinsky

“Here is my audition for your book. Also check out the samples on my ACX profile page. Feel free to contact me with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you. — Fred Wolinsky”

Right.

And I think he is talented enough to change it up for each story but if you have questions you can go to his audition links and hear him do different stories.

That said, everybody felt very comfortable with one of the auditions already so it’s really choosing between several really good talents. There’s no bad ones and there are lots of good ones.

Sure. I don’t think it matters at this point, though. Kari got so many votes I don’t think she’s going to get beaten and the voting pretty much stops tonight around five because I want to hire somebody before they take another job!

That doesn’t mean you can’t hire them to narrate your book, though. If you like them, contact them and tell them that, and when your book is ready make sure you follow up. They will appreciate it
